Annual Rental Policies:

• $150.00 occupancy application fee, plus an extra $25.00 fee for any additional occupant over the age of 18, will be required with completed application.
• Association application fees and membership transfer fees payable to Association where applicable.
• First months rent.
• Security deposit equal to one months rent.
• Refundable pet deposit, $250.00 per pet where permitted.
• All utilities not paid by the Association. Any deposits required will be paid to the utility company directly.

All above mentioned fees will be at Tenant's expense and payable to Kelly Cove Realty, Inc. in the form of money order or cashiers check.
